Found this little gem on yelp and we all loved it - even our picky eater! Food was yum and staff was nice. Portions were perfect and we all left stuffed. Only reason for 4 stars is because it was not real warm or cozy inside, kind of stark. Love all of the rooster paintings. We will be back.

Absolutely love this spot. Always fresh and made to order. My wife and I come here at least once a week. The Cobb salad and the BLT are our favorites. Friendly atmosphere with plenty of indoor and out door seating. The homemade cookies are delicious as well.

Not sure what to say other than YOU MUST TRY THIS PLACE! We stopped by for dinner and everything we had from apps to desserts was nothing short of AMAZING! This will definitely be a go to spot on every trip to the area!

AWESOME!!!! It was not even crowded on a June evening. Resonably priced for the area. We had a Cobb salad and burger for about 12 bucks each. Both were outstanding. Anyone that is familiar with 30A knows that most places are overpriced but this one is not. Also had an excellent IPA Beer that was on tap. Highly recommended!

What can I say, the Yelpers are right, this place is exceptional in every way. Food, price, service, atmosphere. Perfect! We got the pulled pork sandwich and the Cobb salad. Both amazing! Come check this place out, now open for dinner.

My favorite place to eat on 30a!!! I would tell you one thing to try if it was possible, but literally everything I've ever eaten here has been delicious! The bread, baked daily, is amazing. Salads are colorful and huge. Sandwiches are varied, fresh and could feed a small family. Enjoy!

Excellent food and service. All apps, entrees and desserts were top notch. The fried guacamole, stuffed jalapeño poppers and apple cinnamon egg rolls were all delicious. Nice twist on the egg rolls. The chicken & rice was spicy and delicious. Excellent flavored. Also recommend the shrimp & grits, burgers and pork chop. Highly recommend.

We went to Chanticleer for dinner. At 8pm on a Wednesday night we were the only guests there. Service was quick and our server was very nice. We ordered the fried guacamole and stuffed jalapeños for appetizer. Both were delicious. I ordered the Cobb salad and my sister ordered the southwest salad. We loved them! The kids got chicken strips which were your typical chicken strips that come in a kids meal but the children enjoyed them. We ordered lemon cake for dessert which was super good. This has been our favorite meal of our vacation on 30A.

My boyfriend and I thought this was the best meal we had while staying in Seaside this past weekend. I had the sweet potato bread grilled cheese and honestly it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. The side salads with our sandwiches were also impressive because they were very large and full of veggies, bacon and cheese, and homemade dressing. I was disappointed that there weren't more bakery choices because I was hoping to try a piece of cake, but we did try the coconut cookie and the chocolate chip. Both were delicious, I wish they would make sandwiches with buttercream using those chocolate chip cookies. Also the customer service was great and that really can make or break a restaurant in my opinion no matter how good the food happens to be. The only way the sandwiches could be better would be to house smoke or bake a whole ham or turkey breast instead of using sliced deli meat. I was impressed though that the bacon and ham were both all natural and nitrate free. We definitely be repeat customers on our upcoming visits to the area.

I was looking forward to a return trip to this hidden gem. Everyone in our party had chicken and rice. I went rogue and had guacamole bites and smoked cheddar grits. The chicken and rice won rave reviews. I thought it had a good flavor but a bit too spicy for me. The guacamole bites were crispy and delicious. The smoked cheddar grits were smooth and creamy. The quality was very good but with no sides included, the chicken and rice runs $15. Make sure to ask about the white chocolate coconut cookies. So good and buttery. The service is quick and exceptional. Definitely worth the trip.

I like this little place that is hidden in the back of the shopping area. They make some really good sandwiches here. Really good. So if you are looking for a good lunch that is not all just seafood, then I recommend trying this place out. The sandwich that I had was just off the chains good and personally I am not really a sandwich fan. I am more of a noodle guy.

When you have had your fill of beach food, some of which can be sadly predictable and, unfortunately, some less than awesome, and you want just very good food at a good price with good portion size give this a try. Without looking closely or using your GPS or paying close attention to the address you might drive right pass this restaurant. Please take the time to look for this spot. When there it is difficult to figure out where and how to order, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and will guide you along. This is a order at a bar, seat yourself and they bring the food to you kind of place. Atmosphere is nice, bright, clean and not too loud, also a nice break. They also have an inviting outdoor seating area under a big tree. I had the Caesar Salad with flat iron steak on top, it was great and the portions all were plentiful. My son ordered the Reuben and it good. The pulled pork sandwich was great. The Southwest Spicy salad was also great. My two 17 year old boys dubbed this a "pretty cool place", which is quite a compliment. BTW, The food turn around time was pretty good, even remarkable for a party of eight.

What a delightful little spot! My awesome sweet husband found by querying Yelp. We had a delicious steak and mushroom sammy on a home made roll with fresh tomato basil soup. Topped off with a sinful coconut white chocolate chip cookie. If are near Grayton Beach FL seek this place out. You will not be sorry. #bestmealthisvaycay!

There are restaurants and then there are places like Chanticleer Eatery. This place had it all. Amazing service, check. Great portions for the right price, check. Wonderful feel to the room, check. Excellent environment and culture, check. Incredible tasting food, check and check. The cool thing is, the owners came and chatted with us. They told us a little of the background--it's named after the Canterbury Tales that the owner grew up reading. The place should be a 30A staple and classic. Simply amazing!

Yelp reviewers really have this place pegged. The food is absolutely fantastic, especially the pulled pork, cheddar grits and homemade BBQ sauce. If you aren't completely full by the time you've finished your meal, take time for their chocolate chip cookies. You would do well to find any as good, and I'm sure you won't find any better! This is one place where the service staff and owner/manager really want you to be pleased with your meal. Dinner service is relatively new, and if you want fancy, there will be better options. If, on the other hand, you want great food at great prices, this is the place.

This place is very good good - the salads are especially fresh. He pork is quite good. The black bean rice was good, but the chicken was a bit dry on the outside but juicy on the inside. we ended up with a lot of fried food for appetizers - but the bruschetta was a treat - very good. The service was friendly and prompt. The coconut white chocolate cookie was absolutely salacious. What I think was lacking was a diversity of flavors - I like food that is memorable because of spices or a way it was cooked. The food was very good, there was nothing that really stood out as gourmet - but then who needs gourmet all the time? The food and service delivered a good experience. If you are near the restaurant you must try the coconut white chocolate cookie - it is divine.

Food was amazing! I had the grilled cheese and tomato basil bisque soup. That was the best grilled cheese EVER. You need to try it!!! Don't forget the dessert at the end. At lunch you have a choice between chocolate chip or white chocolate macadamia cookies, so I tried both. Out of the two, my favorite was the chocolate chip. They were fresh out of the oven and super gooey which made it out of this world! In addition, I love the layout of the restaurant, which is filled with colorful paintings and is pretty big in size. I give it a five out of five. I LOVED IT!!!!!!! P.S. My parents had the turkey-bacon-guac sandwich and the open face veggie sandwich, which they give a five out of five too :).

Excellent lunch spot in Grayton Beach. Everything we had was delicious. Friendly staff too. Casual spot where you order at the bar and they bring it to your table. Nice draft beer selection too. Sandwiches were all very good. Really liked the spicy Caribbean chicken sandwich.

This place is one of the best hidden gems on 30a. Seriously some of the best food I've eaten - EVER. Incredibly friendly staff, very clean, did I mention DELICIOUS?! I think if they had a more visible location there would be a line out the door all summer long.

There is a reason why you cannot find parking here. The food is so good due in large part to the simple fact that the owners and staff care about their food and their customers. My personal go-to is the grilled cheese with tomato basil bisque... Comfort in a dish You must also try their cookies. They are so good that I have witnessed other customers buy dozens at a time and ship them to their friends and family all over the world. The outdoor seating is beautiful and is a great place to eat with friends or have lunch meetings.

Been here about 10-12 times for lunch and dinner, it is 30-A's best kept secret. My wife and I have never had a meal that wasn't great and that's hard to believe because as busy as 30-A is every now and then you get a D meal. Love this place!!

Great staff, great food, quiet location (at least off season). My husband ordered the Cobb salad - good proportions, not way too much lettuce. I had the Roast Beefy sandwich, which was also very tasty. Not sure why there was a small cup of Au Jus since the sandwich had thick slices of tomato, lettuce and sauce. Better without it, in my opinion. White chocolate coconut macaroons were excellent; probably would not bother with the chocolate chip which seemed slightly under baked and didn't have that homemade taste. However, I am a tough grader on cookies. Definitely recommend trying this restaurant.

Wonderful food and staff!!! Sitting outside on the patio is delightful. The only negative I have is the decor on the inside. The patio is great but the inside is lacking atmosphere. The food is terrific and we had amazing service. If you want to avoid the crowds for dinner...this is the place!

One of my favorite weekend lunch places. Great place to go with the girl's. I love the Chanticleer grilled cheese, tomato soup and the fresh and spicy southwest salad. And you HAVE to get a white chocolate coconut cookie. Then you'll want to buy a dozen. They are heavenly!

Oh My Gosh, the Chocolate Chip cookies and White Chocolate Macaroon's are literally so melt in your mouth good it's hard to eat just one! We were introduced to these treats after our Rock the Road 5K in Sandestin last weekend. They were so good we copied the address and stopped on our way home to get more! They make these delights everyday and were told they usually sell out early, so be warned! We're anxious to go back and try some of their sandwiches. They use fresh ingredients, sandwiches made fresh daily and use products preservative, nitrite and nitrate free meats!

What a great restaurant. We got takeout from them twice during our week at the beach. The food is great and the restaurant employees are top-notch. I could eat there every night. The pulled pork, pork chops, and smoked cheddar cheese grits were all outstanding.

It's just wrong that this place wasn't packed! Worth a drive from seaside or destin. Not sure if the food or service was better. Everything was amazing! Pork chops, chicken and rice and even the burgers were amazing. Guacamole app was simply perfect. We are so full we took the cookies to go.

The Chanticleer Eatery was a great find just a couple of miles from Seaside, where we are vacationing. My son and I ordered the pulled pork, which was really good. It came with very tasty cornbread. My wife ordered the grilled chicken with cilantro lime rice, and absolutely loved it. I snagged a taste, and can confirm it was awesome. My daughter got the mushroom swiss burger. She loved it, but it was too much for her to finish. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating. I hesitate to give any restaurant 5 stars, but this place absolutely deserves the rating.

Lots of locals eating there today. Beefy beef was excellent fresh homemade bread with Lots of beef. Also, ordered the Italian was Just as large and a lot of meats. FYI Bakery is hiding deep inside cafe. The 1/2 sandwich 1/2 salad looked very large.

This is a MUST for locals & tourists. The summer salad is outstanding as is it's winter version! All the homemade breads & desserts are phenomenal! The white chocolate coconut cookies are absolutely, HANDS DOWN the BEST COOKIES I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really....you have GOT to get one. Make it 2, because they are THAT good. The chanticleer grilled cheese is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had....homemade Rosemary Sage bread, crispy bacon, bruschetta, & YUMMY YUMMY CHEESE! Seriously, what's not to like?

Solid dinner experience. Focus is on the food as it should be. Fresh ingredients and fresh taste. Southwest salad and burger were excellent. Friends went back for lunch later in the week and added the Turkey Bacon Guacamole sandwich to the list of favorites. Take the waitress up on the offer for cookies before you leave. Prices are extremely reasonable for the area. Highly recommend Chanticleer.

We stumbled across this place after facing long wait times elsewhere. We were seated immediately and were greeted by a very attentive and friendly waiter. We ordered fabulous appetizers (fried guacamole and stuffed jalapeños) and were very happy with our decision to come here. Then our entrees came and we were even happier. This place is fabulous and we would recommend it highly!

Down here from Arkansas and Illinois for vacation. We'd read about Chanticleer in an Arkansas magazine and thought we'd give it a try. So very delicious! Our family ate a variety of the menu, from the club sandwich and tomato basil soup to the Cobb salad and the Grilled Bruschetta Chicken Sandwich. We all loved our meals. Everything we ate was accompanied by or used their bakery bread. The bread was one of the best parts of the meal; we ended up taking two loaves to go! But if we'd started with the coconut white chocolate cookies, we would have never gotten to the rest of the food - incredible cookies! The restaurant is a little hard to find. Be aware that it's hidden behind a couple of other businesses. It's at the end of Clayton lane, on your left.

We had lunch at this wonderful restaurant. Both my husband and I had the Cobb salad and it was fresh, plentiful and delicious! The staff is very pleasant and the courtyard is a lovely place for dining. Don't be in a hurry as we had a little wait even though it wasn't crowded. They are new since they just has opened in June so that may be why.
